We have a "smudge kit" in every bedroom to purify, re-energize, restore, cleanse and balance energy. This saturates the space with peace, calmness, positive intention and energetic resonance at a quantum level. 

All properties incorporate faux plants, living walls and natural healing crystals for enhancing positive vibrational frequency and enhance positive energy resonance. Filtered air and water and organic supplementation are offered at our properties. We also provide meditation apps, yoga mats, Planet Fitness memberships, and salt lamps in every bedroom for holistic well-being.

To progress the transition to sustainable green energy we have a STUNNING Tesla Model S P90D available with or without a reservation at our properties. We also offer Tesla (EV) chargers at most locations. Next, you will be spending on average 33% of your time in bed. 

We have PREMIUM memory foam mattresses in every bedroom (Tempurpedic, Casper, Purple, Nectar, Ghost Bed). We offer PREMIUM all white bedding and towels. We also REMOVE and LAUNDER the duvet cover on every bed after every guest. Every location has spa quality toiletries (Soapbox) and paper products (Viva/Angel Soft).

Most Short-Term Rentals (STR) and many hotels do NOT replace or launder the blanket on the bed after every guest.
